The Last Phone Call

The last phone call you want to receive when you land at a airport is from the airline, of which you are flying on, stating that your luggage has been mistakenly sent to the incorrect airport.  Now I understand that lost luggage is a common occurance, except; Ironically not so on non-stop flights.  Yep, just my luck, that my bag would be the only bag of the 300+ passengers that had an incorrectly handled bag.  And yes I also did mention that I was on a non-stop flight so my bag didn’t even travel with my.  The funniest part is that my travel companions had their bag on the landing in.  So some time between the bag being weighed and disappearing down the conveyor belt do it lose it’s way.

The good news is, I got to visit a local landmark (recognize the Orb?)

and acquire some essentials until my bag returns to my possession via FedEx, hopefully within the next 24 – 48 hours.

But the best news is that we are at our destination and will soon be enjoying some fun in the sun with family and fresh Oranges!
