Well look no further. These shots are for you. No espresso needed no afternoon coffee just a pure real food pick me up. So here it goes.
Yield: 28 1 inch balls
1 Cup Almond Butter
2 Cups Quinoa
1 Cup Shredded Unsweetend Coconut
1/2 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Date Honey (Recipe Below)
This is probably the simplest recipe ever to make. In a large bowl combine Almond Butter, Cooked Quinoa, Banana, Salt, Cinnamon, Date Honey and mix well. Using a spoon make 1 inch balls out of the mixture and coat with shredded coconut. Let stand for a few hours then enjoy this pure shot of fun.
